Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the G2Global internal business management platform ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Access

The Platform is an internal tool accessible only to authorized G2Global employees and approved personnel. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited. Access credentials must not be shared with any third party.

3. Permitted Use

The Platform may be used exclusively for legitimate internal business operations, including:

• Managing and reporting on G2Global's own advertising campaigns via integrated APIs (including Google Ads API)
• Monitoring e-commerce operations, inventory, logistics, and marketing performance
• Internal analytics, data visualization, and business decision-making

4. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

• Use the Platform or any integrated API data (including Google Ads API data) for purposes other than managing G2Global's own accounts
• Share, resell, or redistribute data obtained through third-party API integrations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any security measure of the Platform
• Use the Platform to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party terms of service

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party services including the Google Ads API. Use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies. G2Global does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability or content.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, design, and content within the Platform are the exclusive property of G2Global. Authorized users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for internal business purposes.

7. Confidentiality

All data, reports, and information accessed through the Platform are confidential. Users must not disclose Platform content or data to unauthorized parties without prior written approval from G2Global management.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" for internal operational use. G2Global makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance and updates may result in temporary unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, G2Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform or connected third-party services.

10. Changes to These Terms

G2Global reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to authorized users in advance.
